We’ve seen an issue with older versions of the Sendori application where computer internet settings are not correctly set back to previous settings.

If you’ve already uninstalled Sendori but are still seeing Sendori appear while browsing the internet, the easiest way to correct this is to reinstall the most recent version of Sendori then uninstall it again:
1.       Download and install the most recent version of Sendori by downloading it at http://www.sendori.com
2.       Uninstall Sendori.
3.       This should correctly update your computer to previous settings. You may need to restart your browser and/or computer for the changes to take effect.

If this does not work, you can also manually reset your internet network settings:

1.       Click on the  Windows ‘Start’ button and go to ‘Settings’ -> Control Panel
2.       Select the option to edit your ‘Network Connections’
3.       Select (double-click) the network connection type you use.  This is generally either ‘Wireless Network Connection’ if you use wireless, or ‘Local Area Connection’ if you use a wired connection with a network cable.
4.       Click on the ‘Properties’ button.  It will open the properties window.
5.       In the ‘General’ Tab, select the item ‘Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)’ and click the ‘Properties’ button.  It will open the Internet Protocol properties window.
6.       Before continuing, please write down the existing settings on the General Tab in case you have any issues after making this change, so you can revert your settings if necessary.
7.       Select the option ‘Obtain DNS server address automatically’.
8.       Click on the ‘Advanced’ tab.  It will open the Advanced window.
9.       Click on the ‘DNS’ tab.  Before continuing, please write down the existing settings on the General Tab in case you have any issues after making this change, so you can revert your settings if necessary.
a.       If there are any DNS server addresses, remove them by clicking the ‘Remove’ button
b.      Click the ‘OK’ button to save and close the advanced settings
10.     Click the ‘OK’ button to save and close the Internet Protocol Settings.
11.  This should reset your settings and generally this works right away, but you may need to restart your system for this change to take effect.

If you continue to have issues, please contact Sendori support for additional assistance.
